Warranties are between you the
purchaser and the manufacture of the products you purchase. We will do
everything we can to assist you in any and all warranty claims including
repair/replacement. But the process by which any warranty situation is handled
is determined by the manufacture and not JZ Imaging & Consulting, Inc.
All Products are covered
by warranty terms extended by the manufacturer(s) or supplier(s) of such
Products, copies of which are available from JZ Imaging & Consulting, Inc. upon
written request. No other warranties are offered by JZ Imaging & Consulting,
Inc. with respect to any Equipment or Goods. Warranties are subject to change
without notice.
JZ IMAGING & CONSULTING, INC. SHALL HAVE
NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PENAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES BY
REASON OF ANY ACT OR OMISSION OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
PRODUCTS OR THEIR SALE, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, OPERATION,
PERFORMANCE, OR USE WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE, SUCH DAMAGES SHALL
INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OF USE OF THE
PRODUCTS OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, DAMAGES TO ASSOCIATED BUILDINGS, COST OF
CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, FACILITIES, SERVICES, OR REPLACEMENT
POWER, DOWN TIME COSTS, OR CLAIMS OF YOUR CUSTOMER FOR SUCH DAMAGES, IF YOU
TRANSFER TITLE TO OR LEASE THE PRODUCTS SOLD UNDER THIS CATALOG TO ANY THIRD
PARTY YOU AGREE TO OBTAIN FROM SUCH THIRD PARTY A PROVISION AFFORDING JZ IMAGING
& CONSULTING, INC. THE PROTECTION OF THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH.
All freight charges arising from returns, exchanges, service
or anything else is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
