Exchanges and Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order, it can be returned for credit
or exchanged for a more suitable product. (Transactions are subject to a
restocking charge of 25%-35% based on manufacturer guidelines.) To
exchange or return an order, JZ Imaging & Consulting, Inc. must be
notified within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Products returned must
be unused, in resalable condition and in original packaging. A Return
Authorization number MUST be issued prior to return of all
products. The Return Authorization must be
attached to the outside of the box of the item you are returning. You
the customer is responsible for all freight charges in all directions.
Returned products MUST be in new condition with all shipping
cartons/manuals/packaging in place. If not, additional charges may be
assessed, and/or the return may be rejected. In the event we are forced to
reject your return, you will be responsible for the freight charges to return
the product back to you once again.
Many of the items we sell are special order or custom manufactured to your
specifications. All such products are NOT returnable! It is your
responsibility to ask before ordering a product from us, if that particular
item is a special order item, and therefore will not be returnable later on if
you wish to do so. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the shipment
date of your product.
