Until now, protection of cath lab-special procedures personnel from
radiation exposure has been less than ideal. Existing lead-glass overhead
barriers are usually much too small and inconvenient to use. Lead-glass
barriers are so small (usually 16" x 12" or 20" x 16") that when you move,
you must also move the barrier to avoid exposure. They barely provide room
to protect one person. And, in many cases, visibility is limited by the
protective frame around the lead-glass shield.

Both systems feature spring loaded suspension--just pull

need to reposition the barrier during the procedure. (Remember, other
barriers are so small that when you move, you must also move the barrier to
avoid exposure!)
Larger shielding area allows greater mobility and freedom

Flexible Lead Shielding Drape (optional): For added

Associates CLEAR-Pb Overhead Barrier. The lead-vinyl drape (0.5 mm
lead-equivalent) comes in an attractive beige-tone color.

SPECIFICATIONS:
CLEAR-Pb Shielding Panel: Shatter-resistant, distortion-free
lead-plastic. Optically clear with a light amber tint. Provides 0.5 mm
lead-equivalent protection.
OPTIONAL EASY-GLIDE TRACK SYSTEM
The linear motion Easy-Glide Track System can be ordered for use with
all CLEAR-Pb Lead-Plastic Overhead X-Ray Barriers. Its ultra-slim design
takes up very little ceiling space (when compared to conventional ceiling
track systems), making it perfect for tight-fit situations. The linear
motion Easy-Glide Track System enables you to move your CLEAR-Pb Overhead
Barrier into or out of position in seconds. It is quick and easy to install.
The Easy-Glide Track System is supplied with 99" of straight track.
